Who are we?
We are 5 individuals, who each have our own sources of income, and we come together to form a dynamic partnership, to uncover how and what to invest in, in Perth.
Out of these 5, we have a Chartered Accountant who has been doing property deals for many years, specialising in overseas buyers wishing to purchase here. We also have an experienced lawyer, who is also a Settlement Agent, and her firm specialises in Property deals for many years.
The other 3 comprise me, and 2 others who are diligent in attending meetings with property agents, and different organisations, including the State Planning Team. We also meet every week to 10 days amongst ourselves, to brainstorm what sector of the market will give the greatest returns for investors.
What are our intentions?
To add massive value for those interested to invest in whole or in part, in the Perth Real Estate Market. We are here to uncover where the market is, and which sector will have the greatest potential for appreciation and rental returns
We have a team on the ground, getting updates from the State Government, involved in Planning and Zoning, regarding the direction of future development.
