Timing

When we came together a few months ago to form this team, the intention was to do our homework first, and to target the purchasing of investment properties to start in early 2023. March may be a good time to enter this property market, depending on the interest rates. The rising interest rates have helped to cool the market somewhat, so this timeline has worked to our advantage.

There is so much of opportunity now, be it commercial, industrial, vacant land, or newly built properties. Rents are high, both in terms of demand, and pricing. There is everything to gain, and not much to lose, if you invest in property, after doing your due diligence. Or better yet, leverage on us to do a more detailed search for you, to meet your specific requirements. Our team is through on our due diligence.

For me personally, Integrity comes first, as this is a service to the wider international community some who are wishing to invest their hard-earned savings. None of us are needing to live off the profit from this venture, as we are all fairly successful on our own. The advantage of having a team, gives us Leverage, to better serve our potential investors. We aim to under promise and over deliver and everything we do will be legally compliant, and above board.

I have allowed the use of the One Alpha name to be the Company to represent this property initiative. This is not taken lightly by me, as my team and I have worked hard over the past 30 years or so, in Malaysia, to create a stable organisation that serves many hundreds of customers in the Engineering Sector.
