Perth also enjoys the most moderate of temperature and weather as compared to many other states. This is especially attractive to the many thousands of migrants coming to Australia every year. Western Australia is now just starting to increase mining activity, and there are newly commissioned mines beginning to operate. This alone will drive many to relocate to Perth for employment opportunities, thus there will be continued demand for properties to live in.
There are some restrictions for foreigners to buy property in Perth, to protect the local population and this is not a bad thing. But there are sectors of the market where these restrictions do not apply. We are exploring this for overseas investors.
